Unforeseen circumstances required the guys to come back several times to get my Mitsubishi MiniSplit working perfectly. They READILY came back every time to make it right. "Excellent service. Very through and appreciated him finding and correcting work that had not been done properly on the previous service call. He identified current problem and was able to resolve and correct in a timely manner. Very courteous and he explained the issues with the unit in a way that we could understand! Great employee!
