Our service tech Scott McFarland checked out the problem with our a/c system. He took pictures and explained what the problem was, giving us several options of what he could do to fix the problem. We were very pleased with him taking the time to explain everything to us.

Alaskan came in and fixed it with out judgement. My advice is to go with them verses a cheaper quote from a smaller company. It is not worth it Get it done right by Alaskan
