AC failure occured late on the 3rd of July - but they managed to come out on the fourth of July. They thought they had a fix but damage was too significant and replacement looked like the best alternative. Since I had some rather serious health problems, they were able to replace the unit in 4 days which i would have thought next to impossible. Great tech and great install team.
