I have spoken with several Alaskan Air employees over the past couple of weeks. Every person I have dealt with has been very friendly and professional. Today I had a new air conditioner installed. A team of guys arrived on time and got right to work. They were: Alex, Francisco, Jake, Gavin, and Damek. Even in 108 degrees they remained polite and friendly. Alaskan was able to put us in their rotation the day I called, when I noticed we may have a major issue with our ac unit. I was afraid they would tell me I was going to be stuck waiting days before they could come and check thing out. James even was able to come earlier then scheduled due to being done early with another job ahead of mine. Josh came even early after calling to see if I was in agreement with the change of time. He eagerly went about the business of checking inside and outside the A/C performance markers. Pretty quick work and discussed the results with me. Then, we discussed the membership changes and new fees, we settled-up and he was on his way. Thanks Josh
