Very professional, have a 15yr old unit that is still running. Checked everything and did not attempt to sell me on the idea of getting a new unit. I'll need one soon but going to run this one in the ground first.

Our Rheem A/C was purchased and installed by Alaskan. We had a maintenance contract with Alaskan. We did not realize at the time (it was in fine print on the reverse side of our contract). that Alaskan, not Rheem warranteed the unit.
