When the A/C cut out, I called the company that I had install the system, Alaskan Air, and they sent out a technician, Richard Cooksey, right way who promptly diagnosed the problem, scheduled and competed the repair complete with photographs and a clear explanation of what went wrong. Tucson summers, especially during monsoon can be brutal and the quick turn around time really mattered.

Very bad. He was arrogant. Part was under warranty, charged me $387 for labor, was here 90 minutes, you do the math. And Alaskan air installed my new a/c 3 years ago. Will never use them again.
