Jason was excellent. Addressed all our concerns quickly and professionally. Discovered a condensation problem with after-market equipment had been added to the AC unit and corrected it. Found and replace a dying capacitor used for AC startup. I also signed up for a two year contract to have him as our tech.

Horrible customer service and quality of service. Tried to scam us into buying a whole new unit that we did not need. Told us the parts for our unit were not made anymore but we were able to find them on our own. Had a privately owned A/C technician come out to install parts and come to find out it was a fuse and he had A/C running in two minutes and he diagnosed system and fuse blew because of the weather we have had lately.
