These guys installed a $18,000 gas pack for my Mom. They used R-6 silver flex duct under her house. Wrong duct work. Supposed to use R-12 black flex duct for exterior and silver for inside walls n ceilings only. They refused to fix the problem. Now she has a unit that doesn't work becouse the duct work is detiereriated. It's not for exterior use. These guys are crooks! Customer service says it's her problem. NEVER US THIS COMPANY!!. I was completely surprised when I received the complete "invoice" from the Technician that serviced my A/C today (30 May). I was lead to believe that the cost of a "warranty" was going to be $15. Instead, it was $1500+! I won't be using Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating any longer!!!
