They are a very responsive company and the tech Nick was very up front and honest with the repair. Being a general contractor myself, they are a little more pricey than other AC companies. But they are very prompt to get to you as soon as possible. In Arizona, this is key. Same day service, within an hour of calling the office.
First, I wasn't initially able to get an appointment to get my ac working (its 108 today) until Sunday, but they were able to squeeze me in a day early. So that alone is fantastic.
