Great service. Worked all day in the attic when it was 100 degrees to get the job done! Technicians were professional and courteous.
Efrain was friendly, personable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us three options for resolving it. We had already planned to meet with Alaskan Air in the morning to replace our HVAC so even though our AC wasn't working we elected to wait to discuss the replacement rather than pour money into the old unit. Efrain immediately called the company to make sure we were being taken care of. Here's hoping today's experience is just as good.
