Technician did a thorough check out of the system. He found several issues and gave me options for a fix. I took the middle of the road option. He also cleaned everything. The system that I was told was recently installed is really 7 years old. I'm going to need Alaskan to keep it in good condition.

My technician, Zachary, was professional, friendly, and respectful. Even though I received some not so pleasant news about the condition of one of my items, I felt my technician was trustworthy and experienced enough to help me solve the issues brought to my attention. We encountered some difficulties with their new Financing company but we were able to resolve it during the visit.
