My AC went out on Thursday due to a Brown-out, which is dangerous to an AC under load. I called Alaskan AC and they said they could get a Tech out to my home next day at 8AM. I have 8 dogs (3 are fosters) and I spent the day in panic mode while making cold compresses from Ice (etc.) to keep my dogs alive while the temps rose to 110 outside. We received excellent service recently when our A/C unit was not working. It was easy to schedule service, and they were able to get somebody out to our home much quicker than we expected! Very competent tech who was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair. Highly recommend!
