They did come out same day but they weren't interested in helping us as our AC is old. Recommended a new system starting at $16 grand. Called a handyman and $125 later I had AC again within an hour. Lessons were learned.
It took them a couple days to get here, ( it’s the busy season for Tucson I know and understand), but once they showed up, they diagnosed the problem quickly, made it work until the parts that it needed came in and we’re very professional.
