Jeremy was very straightforward and honest about the issues needed for my AC unit. Its an old system and needs to be replaced sooner than later. He did get airflow blowing from the unit though. I appreciate his honesty

The company, as with most larger companies, doesn't have a system in place for good communication. Normally, i'd review less well for that, but the tech that came out - Shane - was helpful, professional and came as a relief at the end of a hot day instead of an extra frustration on top of a problematic AC system.
