Always have ads on air saying same day service or it's free, needed the ac looked at for my parents and lone behold can't get someone out til Tues.

Great fishing
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an AC company. We have had 4 visits. 2 no shows, over $2000 and no change in our AC functionality. The first person to come informed us there was a leak. Put in the liquid to find the leak and left. Two weeks later comes back and says he doesn't have the right tool and would come back the next day. No show. We called the company multiple times with no response.
