Jason was excellent found the issue with in 5 minutes. Very informative and knowledgeable. Price for service was a bit expensive, 500$ for 1.5 lb of refrigerant. Technician himself was great

The worst service I have ever had. Doesn't deserve any star. Office help lazy and doesn't relay messages etc. Service come out said that he didn't know what is wrong charged us $129.00. He said that if it continued to have a problem. Someone would come back out for free.. I had to argue about a charge for revisit system still not working. Bait and switch.. Was quoted $240 per year maintenance, 2 year minimum, $480 total on the phone by Casey. Told Casey I was ready to sign up for the 2 year service contract. Asked for email confirmation but was told the service tech would give it to me when at the house. Wanted them to service 2 units and give me an estimate to repair the 3rd. OMG ! Technician Jonathan Basiliere gave us the best customer service experience. He took his time explaining the work he did so we could clearly understand. We have had other companies service our Air conditioning and never had as nice of a person.
