They are a very responsive company and the tech Nick was very up front and honest with the repair. Being a general contractor myself, they are a little more pricey than other AC companies. But they are very prompt to get to you as soon as possible. In Arizona, this is key. Same day service, within an hour of calling the office.

First, I wasn't initially able to get an appointment to get my ac working (its 108 today) until Sunday, but they were able to squeeze me in a day early. So that alone is fantastic. Shane came out, he already knew our system and went straight to understanding the issue and was able to not only offer the ultimate fix but he gave us a solution to cool the house until our new part comes in next week! Beginning of AZ summer 116 out. AC went out 2 days ago couldn’t get home warranty out for 5 days. Called Alaskan Air they came right out, 15 minutes it’s working again. Great service!
