We had an amazing experience with Alaskan AC & Heating Co., specifically because of our technician, Shane Gray. He was very understanding and assisted us with fixing our AC unit which had a manufacturer’s defect and was only blowing out hot air during a week of 110+ degrees. He went out of his way to make it a priority to get our air conditioning fixed when it had been broken for a week, our home was over 100 degrees, and we had to leave with our dogs to stay at a hotel. Tech was super awesome had me up and running in no time.... the downside is scheduled appt online from 4 to 7... recieved my first txt at 730 ish that the tech was running late then I called at 9pm asking what's going on and told them to reschedule. So had appt the next day same thing had a 3 to 6 appt called at 430 and was told tech had 2 jobs before me... then was rescheduled again, for the next day and finally showed up. But be aware of the same day or its free ad because not true...

We called 5 air conditioning repair companies. This was our fourth appointment, the first three were no shoes, and they actually showed up found the problem and repaired our AC.
