During the repair there was a less expensive solution for the problem and the tech presented the options. Great to have cold air blowing again! Great service and honesty.
Air conditioner had electrical smell in house. Shortly later, blower mower stopped working. Requested repair estimate from Alaskan via Home Depot; specified the A/C was broken. Instead of a tech, a salesman was sent out. I was there for Home Depots call to schedule service; I do not know how that got mixed up.
Requested a technician from Alaskan, came out the next day. My wife and mother both felt he wasn't a good fit for our repair.
