Been longtime customers. My tech was very professional. Had to check into a hotel because of the extreme heat, and he arrived early. Understood why we weren't there and said he would wait. Began the repair before I arrived, and had the unit pumping out cold air when I got there. Nice to bring my family back home to a house under 85 degrees (it got to 100 inside while the AC was kaput).
