Alaskan did the winter HVAC check up as part of the 3-year warranty package I purchased that was supposed to include free labor and 20% parts discount. They charged me $200 for labor, but flushed my hot water heater for free...🤔

I live in an 1100 square foot manufactured home built 2004. I had Alaskan Air come out to give me a quote on a new AC. First off the guy didn't even know how to take the cover off of my AC. Second maybe 90 seconds of looking at my outside and my inside then made himself at home sat down in my chair and gave me a quote of $14,300. Of course I told him to get out of my house.
