I opened the door to greet the technician with my 2 boys(6 and 2 years old) and I was treated like a child. I was asked twice if my parents where home at first I thought he was talking to my son but he asked me again directly. I was not treated with respect and prior to the appointment I informed them that I had swamp cooler I was told nothing until the technician finished the inspection.
