Richard was the Alaskan technician who provided the annual AC service. About an hour before his arrival Alaskan sent both a text and email advising he was on the way, and provided his picture; this was excellent customer service. Richard spent over an hour thoroughly cleaning and checking our furnace and AC units, answered questions and providing suggestions. He was friendly and professional and his work was A+.
