I called because my sons system would not turn on. The thermostat indicated on but the unit did not run. The part was a $2 fuse in the attic. The $133 trip/diagnostic service was expected. What I did not expect was a $447 charge to check the wiring. This unit was installed less than a year ago, and was inspected less than 30 days ago at time of home purchase.
