Josh Nancarrow, a Tech with Alaskan air, came out today to perform "maintenance" on Our 2 Heating/Cooling Units, which We have been having maintenance completed on each year since 1994. Josh was very nice, and spent less than 1 hour working on Our 2 units. This was the first year that I had Alaskan air come out to do the maintenance. Honest review down here. So I will say the tech Justin was amazing efficient and had an amazing customer service personality so I would rate the tech. 12/10 He even called me to inform me of all the findings he had and what he would suggest to do. Now to contact the builders to see if they will fix their little mishap. If not I'll be contacting them again. The scheduling department I have issue with.
