So after scheduling an appointment, and waiting all day being excited for my AC to get fixed, the tech said he couldn't get to the roof because, he could not extend his ladder. Even after we let them know what size ladder they would need.

I do NOT RECOMMEND this terrible company. I wouldn’t trust them with the trash I just threw out. They will try to say things need repairs when it’s a simple fuse that needs to be replaced and try to charge for services not completed. Most of the staff are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Most of these reviews are fake and are obviously paid for. Please spend your hard earned money your elsewhere, this company is disastrous and not worth your time.
