The tech that came out his name was Damien . He was very knowledgeable about his trade and didn't try to just sell me a new system right away he did say that that would be the best route overall but not much only option and I was very happy with that ..the last company that I had come out that was there only solution was sell me a new system and I did not appreciate that at all ...would say Alaskan is not the cheapest in town but they do great work and have great techs would use again 10/10
Your tech came out, looked at my AC unit and told me I needed a "voltage maintenance system" and it would cost $650. to repair. Nobody has ever heard of that part.
Second opinion, it was the capacitor and it cost me half what you wanted. I got it repaired today.
I will never use your company!
