Alaskan Air was awesome our air broke and we called and let them know we needed someone out to us quick as it was 107 outside. They had NICK come out within the hour. He was very professional and had the work done very quickly. They sent us a text notification with Nicks photo which was nice to know who we were working with (I loved that) and and were so personable ...would definitely recommend this company to everyone!!! Super easy to schedule an appointment on a holiday weekend. Arturo was prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had our AC working again in very little time. I will definitely use Alaskan in the future.

Ken was an excellent representation of professionalism and knowledge that represented the company well. He had credibility and was honest about the sales and installation. Installation by Jonathan and his son was the best that can be done. Professional, courteous and true professionals at their craft. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done to perfection and left the area cleaner than when they started. Will use Alaskan A/C from here on out, absolutely the best.

They were able to match competitors prices and beat them on the warranties. Went a week without AC due to coronavirus delays, but they loaned us a small unit to keep our bedroom cool at night. The salesman, the technician who measured and ordered everything, and the installers were all very polite and were thorough in their explanations of what we were getting and how they were going to install it.

My AC Unit needed a compressor. Efrain explained how the compressor works and gave me Alaskan choices. He was very knowledgeable. He worked fast to replace compressor to get home cooled fast. Children were online schooling and it was hot even with ceiling fans. Very please with his work ethics.
