This is our first time calling on Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating, and both Tim and Nick were very professional and incredibly responsive. They were here within a couple of hours (on a Sunday!!) and we're informative and helpful. We're moving forward with a new complete unit, and we're hopeful that the service continues to be this good.
They were considerate polite and professional. My unit went out around 6pm. I shopped around and decided to try Alaskan Air. They had a technician here by 830PM. He did wear a mask and kept his distance which I appreciated. He analyzed the situation and replaced the AC capacitor. We had AC again and were very happy.
The only negative thing I would mention is the price was kind of high for 30 min work.
Great service from Tim. He was here on time, very professional, answered all of our questions, and diagnosed and solved the problem in a timely manner. Great service!
Earl was very professional, on time, very knowledgeable . It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. I would highly recommend him.
