This company has ripped us off for over $10,000. They say they stand behind their customers and the work that they do but when it comes to actually doing it they won't. A register of contractors complaint is also filed to fight this, be aware before purchasing an AC unit or having them do any work because your warranty and guarantee is not guaranteed.
Turone and his partner worked clean and kept me up to date as the project progressed through the day. He made sure that I was notified when the gas line was changed out and took precautions to keep the workspace clean and safe. All of the old equipment was properly secured on a trailer and hauled away on the same day as the install. He left a good impression of Alaskan Air after the work was completed.
