Mike Glock is an awesome employee.
He guided me through the process; he answered all of my many questions with a tremendous amount of patience and concern that I truly understood what was going on. He is knowledgeable and courteous. I have a shared driveway with one neighbor, and am a cars width distance away from my other neighbor. He made certain that the clean-up was next to flawless.
He returned to double check a concern I had, and gave immediate attention to it.
