My wife and I decided to replace 24 builder grade windows. I did a lot of research on the brands of windows and chose the Okna 500 series. Just as important as the quality of the window, its more important who installs the windows. We chose All County Exteriors and we are 100% pleased. The crew they sent was very professional, neat and friendly. They finished the project in two and a half days without any mess.My wife is meticulous and hard to please. The actual people who do the work are ok. But the management is clueless. I've never in my life dealt with a more confused and out of touch group. Trying to get answers is like pulling teeth. I will NEVER deal with them again and I would advise anyone else to steer clear of this disaster of a company.
