From the time I called customer service which was answered by a live person,to contact with the salesman, having a project manager come out to explain the job , too the workers doing the job was excellent...they walked around house with a magnet to pick up any nails and left my place clean....to bad I didn't know that they did windows when I needed them.certainly would have had them installed .
