They work through my HOA changed attic fan. Left the old attic fan in the ceiling. Attic fan had the busted thermostat - electrician fixed the busted thermostat. I communicated this company, there was no response from them. After a month I reached out to them as I had paid for half during installation, now they are saying they need proof that it was busted. Called for roof repair, work was done in qick amount of time. Workers took time to explain what was repaired. If I need a new roof or siding, this is the company I'd call without question
