Spent close to 16K several years ago for new roof, sky lights and other work on house. During a rain storm the area around sky lights started to leak badly so called them to repair since was still within 5 year warranty period. Guy came and spent a couple minutes on roof and said just had to realign shingle. Was about to leave and asked about all the water damage in our sun room from leak. He took photos and has now been several weeks and have heard nothing back.

Worst experience ever!! Ordered a new front door from them had it installed October 2018; to have nothing but problems. Door leaks they replaced it (February 2019)after going through a ridiculous process to prove it leaked. Now the replacement door leaks and same thing... since the video submitted if the door leaking isn’t enough , I was told they need to conduct their own test to prove it leaks. I will never recommend this company!!!
The company responded to my roofing issue with expediency. The technician saw that phlanges around the venting pipes from the bathroom and solar tube were warped and needed to be replaced. Also they wanted to replace some tiles which were also warp. They called the following week to do the work before a major rain and winter storm came. After the storms, no further stains appeared. Great service and great price make them a great company!
