    The owners of this majestic lakeside home loved the home’s character but it badly needed upgrades. Years of waterfront living had taken its toll, damaging the home’s siding, trim, gutters and roof. An existing patio beneath the worn rear stairs served little purpose and had significant water leakage, causing decay that affected structural integrity.

    The homeowner’s main concern in renovating the exterior was maintaining the home’s appearance just as it was. They had fallen in love with the arches and circular designs in the woodwork, a tricky feat for any contractor. They also loved the cedar shake siding and color-scheme.

    After replacing the siding, constructing a new three-seasons room, renovating the rear centerpiece staircase and replacing the entire roof (adorning new gutters, soffits and fascia), the home was given long-lasting protection and increased functionality. A fresh paint job adds the finishing touch, resulting in a beautiful, highly livable home that’s well protected from Mother Nature.

          Great choice for roofing. I had quotes from 2 other companies in fall of 2012 and they were the only ones that left me with a good feeling during the quote process. All their workers were very professional and did an excellent job. Had a few issues that they fixed without question. The owner Randy even came out to inspect the completed job when I had questions about some of the work and had them resolved ASAP. 4 yrs later a shingle came loose and they came out within a week or so to fix it ...           What a wonderful company! My husband and I bought a house and a few weeks after we closed we discovered that the roof was leaking. Jordan came out right away to do a quick patch to stop the leaking until they could repair the roof. A few weeks later they completely tore off and redid our whole roof in only two days. Also, very minimal debris was found after we left. They were super clean! Can't say enough good things about Allrite!
