Terrible and unknowledgeable project and sales managers, bad customer service, poor communication, not holding up to their word and agreements and absolutely horrible work and craftsmanship of their so called “pro installers.” If you want to be ripped off, lied to, taken advantage of and fine with the very bottom of the barrel work and craftsmanship for your next home project, this is the perfect place for you.
