They promised a lot less savings then they gave me. I was expecting to still owe the electric company money, but I was told the bills from AC Electric and the lease of the solar panels were going to be less than what I had owed before installation. That sounded good to me! Since the panels were put in, I have owed nothing on my electric company bill, except the $6 monthly fee they charge as the electric provider. The install was completed as promised and the techs did a very good job. My last electric bill was 40.12 the panels are a very good investment. I could not be happier with the purchase.

First representative I meet with was Karen, great personality and very informative. DJ and the office staff were easy to work with, they keep me posted in all stages of the process. The installation crew was excellent on time, very clean and talked about what there progress was.

The construction aspect and installation was great. Communication within the company And then checking to see how things were going was terrible. A few minor damages to the gutters while installing new roof / panels that they are going to address. Contractors were all polite and on time and did a great job. The only real complaint at this time is the lack of communication through all phases of the project. Salesman seemed to be non existent after installation started and never checked in ... Read more
