    We have run into the same issue as Jon posted before. The only reason why we went with this Company is because the rep verbally told us that they will remove the solar panels one time at no cost when we needed a new roof.     I signed up in 2019 two of my neighbors signed up at the same time .we were all told the same thing . (We told are sales rep (Lauren) we would need a new roof in a few years . She told us. All season would take down and re install one time for no charge. We signed up . It's 7 years later we need the roof and all season says they don't do that and I tried calling Lauren she no longer works there or has the same phone number.
