Everything went well. I am waiting to hear back from Jason Zeckman. I asked if a side molding piece can be added to my new solar panels. An 8 foot piece & a 4 foot piece would give my panels a finished look. There is a bottom piece that’s on now. It would be greatly appreciated if side moldings can be added.

After filling out an online inquiry to receive an emailed quote, i had 6 different agents from All season solar call me within 4 hours. I kindly asked them all to remove my number. One of the agents proceeded to tell me that it isn’t a problem to be called by so many agents and that I am the problem lol. Wow. We have run into the same issue as Jon posted before. The only reason why we went with this Company is because the rep verbally told us that they will remove the solar panels one time at no cost when we needed a new roof. We knew we were about five years away from a new roof and we are coming up to that date. Now we’re being told along with others on the street that was never part of the deal. I signed up in 2019 two of my neighbors signed up at the same time .we were all told the same thing . (We told are sales rep (Lauren) we would need a new roof in a few years . She told us. All season would take down and re install one time for no charge. We signed up . It's 7 years later we need the roof and all season says they don't do that and I tried calling Lauren she no longer works there or has the same phone number.
