Do not use this company - in March 2025 we used this company to clean our turf. They showed up and said their machine was broken, so they used “power brooms” which are glorified rakes. This didn’t clean or make the turf stand back up. We didn’t hear anything from them until today October 30th when they invoiced us for $349. We recently had our backyard done through Alpha Turf. Blake was our sales guy, and he was very knowledgeable about all things turf. Install only took 3 days and the crew was very kind, professional, and clean. We are happy with the overall project but if we are paying thousands of dollars for this, we expect it to be done to our satisfaction.
