I love my new lawn! The front of my house looks completely different now. I am even getting compliments from the neighbors. I had a terrific experience working with Alpha. The install team was FABULOUS!!! I wanted to tip all of them. Unfortunately, they finished a day early and I had not gone to the bank yet to get cash. Truly a first rate experience! If I could afford to do the backyard too, I wouldn’t hesitate.

My experience with Nick was the most positive of the job. When he arrived, he had a diagram of the work that did not match what I had discussed with the individual who originally came out to look at my yard. I'm very glad I was able to be present and give input, or it would not have been a good outcome. However, Nick was flexible with what I actually wanted done and it turned out beautifully. My wife and I had a portion of our backyard that we are at a loss on what to do with it. Alpha Turf NW was able to come in and help solve that problem. The whole process, from working with sales to the install team went extremely smooth. Once the project started it only took a few days to complete. They were easy to work with and very down to earth. We are so happy with our turf. We are excited to have people over to see our backyard and enjoy it with us.

Great company to work with. Our job was small but, they treated us like it like it was their biggest one. They were able to move us up in their schedule by a month and got us done in a day. The guys that were on site were friendly and took the time to explain what was happening before, during and completed, walked us through to make sure we were happy.
