My experience with Nick was the most positive of the job. When he arrived, he had a diagram of the work that did not match what I had discussed with the individual who originally came out to look at my yard. I'm very glad I was able to be present and give input, or it would not have been a good outcome. However, Nick was flexible with what I actually wanted done and it turned out beautifully. My wife and I had a portion of our backyard that we are at a loss on what to do with it. Alpha Turf NW was able to come in and help solve that problem. The whole process, from working with sales to the install team went extremely smooth. Once the project started it only took a few days to complete. They were easy to work with and very down to earth. We are so happy with our turf. We are excited to have people over to see our backyard and enjoy it with us.
