9 out 10. -1 point for leaving well over 20 nails on my driveway. Other than that, I haven't had a problem. I did see them attempting to clean up the nails, but only the ones that were visibly there. They should be running a huge magnet (like I ended up doing) throughout the driveway/grass just to make sure there's no hidden nails left behind. Great Prices and the roofers were friendly! I would definitely do business again.
Alpine Roofing is all about the customer and they do a high quality of work. We had some issues with our insurance company, and they had our back throughout the whole process. Ben and Mike ALWAYS responded to my questions in a timely manner and never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Mike was present for our 2nd inspection from the insurance adjuster, and he was so professional. I had a great experience with Alpine roofing in Kennewick. I had a good amount of shingle damage from a storm that my insurance company was fighting. Ben, at Alpine, helped me navigate the difficulties of getting them to honor the insurance and I got a full roof replacement! Their quote was reasonable and the roof was completed in one day. Ben answered my questions (a lot of them) quickly and respectfully. I wouldn’t hesitate to get work done by them done in the future.
