Chris and Tyler were extremely professional, knowledgeable and walked us through the entire project. They even showed issues I should probably get addressed in the future. They replaced all the shingles, flashing some rotted underlayment all in one day. It's not a small house. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing or siding needs. You won't be disappointed.
The project manager explained why we needed to replace our roof, in laymen terms. The project manager also explained what to expect, with regard to the company process for sending out a crew to do the job, and it actually occurred as explained. My roof replacement was done pre-COVID, hope Alternative continues to deliver proactive and informative communication throughout the project cycle, that was the biggest factor for my rating.
