Founded by Thomas and Jennifer Hunziker, the company began with residential roofing projects and quickly expanded its services to include commercial roofing, siding, gutters, and sheet metal fabrication. AM-1 Roofing offers a comprehensive range of roofing solutions, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, synthetic materials, tile, and wood. They are certified CertainTeed Shingle Master Applicators, enabling them to provide extended manufacturer warranties. Their expertise also extends to low-slope roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, and asphalt, as well as roof coatings that can extend the life of existing roofs. In addition to roofing, AM-1 operates AM-1 Steel Inc., specializing in the design and construction of steel buildings using 100% American steel, catering to various needs from agricultural structures to residential buildings .

The technician was great! Came to our house to fix some concerns with our roofing. Gave us peace of mind, communicated pricing, timing, and material concerns. Was 90+ degree day and was willing to walk on our hot roof. Was very hardworking and we appreciated it.

A-1 Roofing did a really nice job on my roof! They had a delay on another project and called and asked if they could start early and came right out and got started that same day. The crew cleaned up nicely everyday, so my dogs would be safe, laid tarps, swept and used a blower to clean up. The crew was polite and friendly, asked good questions, and went over and above just the roof project, they had supplies left, so they even re-roofed my pump house! AM-1 did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Jorge, Christian and their team were kind and professional. Within a week of receiving our quote, they were ready to install the new roof, and it took only a few days to complete. They were always available to answer our questions and were quick to address a couple of minor cosmetic issues we found once it was all done.
