They are certified CertainTeed Shingle Master Applicators, enabling them to provide extended manufacturer warranties. Their expertise also extends to low-slope roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, and asphalt, as well as roof coatings that can extend the life of existing roofs. In addition to roofing, AM-1 operates AM-1 Steel Inc., specializing in the design and construction of steel buildings using 100% American steel, catering to various needs from agricultural structures to residential buildings .

We needed to have fascia replaced; it was a small job. AM-1 Roofing came out to give us an estimate which was very reasonable. They also made new fascia that had been torn. Very nice to deal with; I would recommend them.

Jorge and his crew did a great job! They showed up around 9am, and were done around 6pm. 1 day turn around was a very pleasant surprise. Roof looks great, and is ready for another 30+ years. Thanks guys!

In need of a new roof, I had four bids and chose AM-1 Roofing, Inc. for many reasons, not just price, although the bid prepared by Jorge Valdez was very competitive. When Jorge came to the house, he was straight to-the-point, honest, and had actual roofing samples in his truck. Jorge helped me decide which type of roof was needed and left a sample. Worked with Jorge from AM-1 on this project. His team (Christian, Jose and Luis) was on-time, professional yet easy to talk to and no messing around. My 1,700 sqft single story that they started Tuesday morning, they finished before noon on Wednesday.
