They are certified CertainTeed Shingle Master Applicators, enabling them to provide extended manufacturer warranties. Their expertise also extends to low-slope roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, and asphalt, as well as roof coatings that can extend the life of existing roofs. In addition to roofing, AM-1 operates AM-1 Steel Inc., specializing in the design and construction of steel buildings using 100% American steel, catering to various needs from agricultural structures to residential buildings .

I can honestly say that Jorge and his crew were excellent at their profession. In removing our old roofing, they took a lot of care in protecting our landscape, cleaned up every night, and made sure the roof was protected from the weather. The same care was taken in installing the new roof. All the valleys, gable ends, ridges and vents were installed very professionally. We have since recommended them to two other neighbors.
