Founded by Thomas and Jennifer Hunziker, the company began with residential roofing projects and quickly expanded its services to include commercial roofing, siding, gutters, and sheet metal fabrication. AM-1 Roofing offers a comprehensive range of roofing solutions, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, synthetic materials, tile, and wood. They are certified CertainTeed Shingle Master Applicators, enabling them to provide extended manufacturer warranties. Their expertise also extends to low-slope roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, and asphalt, as well as roof coatings that can extend the life of existing roofs. In addition to roofing, AM-1 operates AM-1 Steel Inc., specializing in the design and construction of steel buildings using 100% American steel, catering to various needs from agricultural structures to residential buildings .

We needed to have fascia replaced; it was a small job. AM-1 Roofing came out to give us an estimate which was very reasonable. They also made new fascia that had been torn. Very nice to deal with; I would recommend them.

Jorge and his crew did a great job! They showed up around 9am, and were done around 6pm. 1 day turn around was a very pleasant surprise. Roof looks great, and is ready for another 30+ years. Thanks guys!
