We had turf installed a couple of years ago in our back yard. We could not get grass to grow back there with our two large dogs and little sunlight. I just called Chris because the turf is looking a little flat from all the traffic. He responded immediately and will be coming out in the next week to broom and treat the turf. The turf is high quality, and we have been super happy with it. Customer service is great with immediate response.
