American Way is the way to go! From estimate to the job, communication was great, and the worked with us every step of the way. Not only did we get a bunch of cedar siding replaced which turned out great, but there was even a bird nest from an old woodpecker hole in my house! Oscar the PM literally helped us out by safely and humanly taking out the nest, and congratulated us on becoming the new parents of 3 baby finches LOL! Glad we went with American Way Exteriors, they were all great.

This company was hired by my roofing contractor to fix some ongoing issues. They were wonderful to work with at first. When my roof began leaking six months later they said that because it wasn’t a complete reroof there was no warranty and they were not responsible to repair anything. Be very careful to get the warranty in writing and ensure they are up front with you.

Hi, Emily. We were hired by you in 2022 for to conduct repairs for an improperly installed roof at your property from another contractor. At the time of our inspection, we recommended a complete roof replacement because we identified deficiencies in the original installation completed by another contractor. We explained that while we could perform a repair, we could not warranty or assume responsibility for the workmanship or materials installed by another company. Unfortunately, repairing one portion of an improperly installed roofing system does not eliminate the risk of future leaks in other areas. Our warranty applies only to the work we perform and cannot extend to pre-existing installation issues beyond the scope of our repairs. We always encourage customers to review the written proposal and warranty documentation before work begins so expectations are clear. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing honest recommendations and standing behind the work that we complete.
