The worst. Used for my apartment to treat bed bugs and had to throw away all my furniture anyways. The last treatment I was told that spraying the cloth encasements would treat the mattress, which is not true because even the cloth encasements are waterproof. I was also told to take off the cloth encasement to take off plastic one on underneath. They won't take off encasement to treat the mattress but yet tell me to take off the encasement.
