Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the areas where we fell short. It’s great to hear that you were happy with the initial presentation, timely start, and the quality of the work completed. Clear communication—especially about arrival times, updates, and project expectations—is something we take seriously, and it’s clear we missed the mark here. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when it affects your ability to coordinate other home projects. Your comments about the downspouts and the delays in addressing your concerns have been noted and will be shared with our team to help improve our processes. We also appreciate your recognition of the crew’s hard work and your willingness to still recommend us despite these issues. Thank you again for the constructive criticism—it helps us grow and better serve our future customers. If there’s anything more we can do to make things right, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
